Mold testing includes using a handheld laser particle counter. This instrument counts tiny particles in 6 size ranges real time to help steer inspectors to mold problems. It allows us to minimize the number of samples for lab analysis while maximizing the effectiveness of each sample. Infer-Red camera and Protimeter (moisture meter) are also used for mold testing when appropriate. These instruments can detect moisture inside walls that can lead to a mold problem.
